The Tiggo 7 Pro Max made its official debut at the prestigious Kyalami Festival of Motoring on a memorable evening in August. This vehicle, poised to become the middle model in Chery’s South African lineup, is set to hit our roads before the year comes to a close. It will be available in both front-wheel-drive and all-new all-wheel-drive variants, offering a versatile choice to our discerning customers.
What Sets The Tiggo 7 Pro Max Apart?
The Tiggo 7 Pro Max showcases subtle yet distinctive visual enhancements, ensuring that it stands out on the road. Notable changes include revamped LED headlights, unique 18-inch alloy wheels, and a redesigned front bumper with chrome accents, along with striking blue detailing on the sides, housing the LED fog lamps.
In the cabin, you’ll notice significant improvements, including the replacement of the lower touch-sensitive climate control panel with a set of intuitive “buttons” beneath the redesigned air vents. The gear lever has been replaced by a touchpad-like mechanism, reminiscent of the Tiggo 8 Pro Max. The steering wheel and centre console have also received a facelift to accommodate the gear lever and switchgear. The all-wheel-drive variant even boasts a new drive mode selector.

The Tiggo 7 Pro Max will offer distinct derivatives: Distinction and Executive (available in front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive). The Distinction model will feature leather sport seats, a rapid 50-watt wireless smartphone charger, upgraded voice command capabilities, and a revised 360-degree surround-view camera system.
On the Executive model, you can expect two additional airbags, bringing the total to eight, an electric tailgate, and an extended array of undisclosed safety and driver assistance systems.
