This highly regarded survey is conducted by the J.D. Power agency and provides insightful data gathered from 25 000+ car owners who had bought new vehicles in the six months leading up to the survey.
The maximum amount of points a car brand can garner stands at 1000, and Chery received a very respectable 749/1000, based on parameters such as online presence, dealer communication, test driving, transacting, delivery and the experience of driving and owning the vehicle.
